Golf season, rabbit season...

We have started season today. Weather was fine, driving range full of happy golfers. I've just realised that I use three types of golf shots: 1. Shots with direction without proper lenght 2. Shots with accurate lenght with totally wrong direction 3. Shots without any proper parameters... We brought home one damaged driving ball. Are you also interested what is inside? OK. There is a huge and horrible smell! Don't cut it with angular cutter...

Yes, I got jammed. No funny blogs... and weight is waving around 105,5 kg.

- do not try to ride snowboard/play badminton with bumped ankle - it´s getting worse...
- you´re not fat ass - you´re just missing dynamics

Disaster

One week of (on holiday with a half board) and disaster is here. Back in time about two weeks - 107,5 kg. Now I draw 12% of time to 10% of weight loss. Carrot is calling me...
I also banged my ankle so I´ll see what´s coming next.

Tethering and shaking

Thanks to public wifi at Horizont hotel I wasn´t able to send my emails... blocked SMTP protocol. Thanks to iOS Personal hotspot (iPhone 4S) it´s been on the way to send my emails. Wi-fi and USB cable worked well, Bluetooth didn´t connect between my latitude E6500 and iPhone.

And, oh yeah, there is still 107,4 kg on the scale.

Event Horizont

We went to mountais and I totally lost control - there is no chance to track my weight properly. It showed 105,4 kg - and be honest that´s not true. Expectations are high - skiing, swimming, body building... Enjoy the holiday.

Bounce back

Yeah, bouncing effect is here. 107,2 kg. But it is not bad. Bouncing is not bad (in fact it´s bounding...)

Short tip for iOS (iPad/iPhone): built-in screenshot function: hold Home button and shortly press On/Off button. The screen blinks and screenshot is saved in Pictures.

Scream Specialist Junior

Monday. F´ing monday. A day totally lost. Stop talking about job. One positive: colleague is describing his 2yrs daughter as a Scream Specialist Junior. Yes, we are SAP company...

I have spent evening in gym. Maybe am I dehydrated again but I don´t think so. Today´s weight: 107 kg. I hope I can hold this trend.

I also found an app for my weight tracking. It´s called MY Weight and you can find it in Appstore for free.
It is doing what it says: monitors your weight with graphs and predictions.

Weekends need more discipline. I´m still 108,3 kg. Only positive is that the trend is descending.

Virtual reality?

It's gonna be short today. In case there's no revolt of machines I am finally loosing weight. 108,5 kg! After five days sounds good - it means minus one kilogram. So I can reach my goal in theory... BMI today 31,4. 20 kgs down means BMI 26. Fit BMI into normal (below 25) means go to 80 kgs. And it's a long way. Now am I going to see more indexes but it needs inch-tape to get proper numbers...

Dehydration

It´s Thursday... and my Healthy Back class at gym. There was an ambient atmosphere last week. Dimmed light, moody music, nice instructor. Today: full lights, foreign instructor starting with: it´s gonna be like Pilates lesson. WTF.

In the end it wasn´t so bad, I also practiced in a gym a little.

Lunch from a box (cauliflower and potatoes), for the rest of the day baby carrot :-) again.

But 108,0 kg in the evening (of course, it has to be dehydration :-) )

And oh my god now! Latest news: scientist are implanting spider gene into goat´s egg cell. Fuck! I don´t believe they want to massively produce spider fiber. They are going to raise spiders as big as goats!

Time, Temptation, Tolerance

It´s hardly explainable how difficult is not to eat anything you can in the evening. As I found out eating is just a time killer. What else do you want to do during boring work (when it´s dark outside...)?

Today 109,4 kg. Nothing better. I´ve had planned dinner today so lunch was kind a "rabbit" style - carrots and banana/orange juice with pulp. OMG.

I´ve had a big expectations for evening - we went to Curryhouse - indian bangladeshi restaurant. Vindaloo: "A very hot dish with bangladeshi chilli, piece of potato and indian spices" is marked as a 3rd chilli level (of four). I don´t want to offend the chief but - really? It tasted like gall blader diet... (no common symptomps present - sweat, numb tongue, lips on fire, driveling...). Next time is time of Phal: "An extremely hot dish, cooked with different strong chillies." We´ll see.

Tomorrow am I going to "Healthy Back" class. Remember: it´s better to wash your feet before the class begins...

Whale story

I got to lose some weight. I am 109,5 kgs at the moment.
Goal is to have 100 till end of March and 90 till end of June.
Rules: no sweets, no fridge robbery, only vegetables in the evening.
So, first day is over... Hardest is to resist...
