Dehydration

It´s Thursday... and my Healthy Back class at gym. There was an ambient atmosphere last week. Dimmed light, moody music, nice instructor. Today: full lights, foreign instructor starting with: it´s gonna be like Pilates lesson. WTF.

In the end it wasn´t so bad, I also practiced in a gym a little.

Lunch from a box (cauliflower and potatoes), for the rest of the day baby carrot :-) again.

But 108,0 kg in the evening (of course, it has to be dehydration :-) )

And oh my god now! Latest news: scientist are implanting spider gene into goat´s egg cell. Fuck! I don´t believe they want to massively produce spider fiber. They are going to raise spiders as big as goats!

Time, Temptation, Tolerance

It´s hardly explainable how difficult is not to eat anything you can in the evening. As I found out eating is just a time killer. What else do you want to do during boring work (when it´s dark outside...)?

Today 109,4 kg. Nothing better. I´ve had planned dinner today so lunch was kind a "rabbit" style - carrots and banana/orange juice with pulp. OMG.

I´ve had a big expectations for evening - we went to Curryhouse - indian bangladeshi restaurant. Vindaloo: "A very hot dish with bangladeshi chilli, piece of potato and indian spices" is marked as a 3rd chilli level (of four). I don´t want to offend the chief but - really? It tasted like gall blader diet... (no common symptomps present - sweat, numb tongue, lips on fire, driveling...). Next time is time of Phal: "An extremely hot dish, cooked with different strong chillies." We´ll see.

Tomorrow am I going to "Healthy Back" class. Remember: it´s better to wash your feet before the class begins...

Haircut

First grams are gone... I've got a new haircut. 109,4 kgs equals measurement error. Feel like a rabbit - two carrots as a supper. Lunch - rice and chicken with veggie.

Whale story

I got to lose some weight. I am 109,5 kgs at the moment.
Goal is to have 100 till end of March and 90 till end of June.
Rules: no sweets, no fridge robbery, only vegetables in the evening.
So, first day is over... Hardest is to resist...

I want to track my progress here so let´s start.

Touch the Diamond

Yes, I have bought the Diamond, because my company phone (Touch Pro2) is used and piece of ...

I tried some ROM´s on it with this conclusion:
Czech Eržika ROM - not stable with my device (WM 6.1, HTC Sense 2.1/2.5) - stacked animation of time, email counter etc.

Then I tried eye candy Energy ROM, but Diamond´s hardware is not invented for WM6.5 - lack of memory, permanent re-launching of HTC Sense.

Finally, I have a winner: SHEEN Sense 2.1 ROM ([WM6.1.21057/SENSE 2.5.2019]). Free memory about 30-40 MB, fast, stable. That´s all I need.

Bike season

Finally, my bike season has begun.
After months of building work - new fence, an alcove and heightening the back part of garden I found a time for my love - road bike.

I made a decision before this season - I will try to explore our village neighbourhood. One of reasons is not to ride the same track more often than is needed :) So, here is the first attempt. 30 km track with nice profile...



Ride time: 1h, average speed 30 kms/h.
Let´s get my body doing better :)

Euro 2008

On Monday I had to explain to my teacher why I don´t have my english homework even if I had three weeks to do it.

- It´s difficult, but you know, first two weeks I spent on the training and last week... For example, yesterday I had to make a decision: to write my homework or to have a sex with my wife?

We have a cat

We do have a cat. A boy. Called Damian.
It´s my brother´s cat but he isn´t able to take care of him because he lives alone now...
Damian is cute and he tries to live together with our dog and guinea pig. Actually I don´t have a picture so I found exactly same cat. Look!
